Control of instability in a the semiconductor laser by using a PID controller based on Genetic Algorithm

In this paper, the new method of control process is studied. In this method, the equations of PID controller is replaced in the laser rate equations and by using the genetic algorithm, the coefficients of this equations are completed. By using of this improved relations, the best condition of the laser operation has provided. The numerical results showed that after applying the control method, the output of the slave laser is improved and it cause to the output dynamics of slave laser is proportional to the master laser.
