Abstract: (870 Views)
Stand-off detection of explosives is a challenging issue in the defence industry. This challenge becomes more complicated when these materials packaged in another cover. In this work, explosive sample of ammonium nitrate that hidden in two varios colors of HDPE covering (white and cream) was detected by stand-off Raman at 5 meters distance. The results show that there is no standard time delay gate to apply to all samples.
