Abstract: (5952 Views)
In this study, the cadmium sulfid nanostructure films were deposited on glass substrate using CBD technique. The behavior of optical energy gap of film was studied as a function of annealing temperature using UV-visible spectrometer. The microstructure of CdS films was also evaluated in terms of crystalline size as well as dislocation density and fraction of slip planes activity, using X-ray diffraction analysis and applying CMWP fitting procedure.
