In this paper, first a layer of Molybdenum oxide including nanorods is grown using electrochemical method. Then a random laser is fabricated based on this nanostructure and rhodamin B organic dye. Furthermore, we measure the pumping threshold for this laser. Our experimental results show that narrow peaks appear in the emission spectrum with increasing the pumping energy and the feedback of the proposed random laser is resonant. In addition, we study the effect of changing the pumping region on the emission spectrum.
