The most important goal on optical engineering is image restoration by removing the turbulence effect. The devolution technique is introduced recently as a method for reducing such effects in which the validity of the method has been presented. In this paper a quantitative procedure is used to quantify the goodness of the results with the MTF charts, furthermore the optical system is optimized.
