Abstract: (4888 Views)
In this research, two-step deposition technique was used to fabricate and modify perovskite solar cells. In first step, PbI2 solution deposited on TiO2 nanostructure by spin coating method. Then the substrate dipped in Methylammonium iodide solution to form CH3NH3PbI3 Perovskite. To get the best photovoltaic parameters results we considered different periods. The photovoltaic characterization of solar cell such as the power conversion efficiency (PCE), Fill Factor (FF), Open Circuit Voltage (VOC) and Short Circuit Current (ISC) were analyzed to obtain the optimum dip-coating time.
