Abstract: (3049 Views)
In this study Influence of substrate temperature on structural, optical and electrical properties was investigated. The films have been deposited onto glass substrates by chemical spray pyrolysis at different substrate temperatures in the range, 350 - 500 centigrade.X-ray diffraction studies have shown that the films were polycrystalline and showed the hexagonal wurtzite structural of ZnO with (002) crystal plane as the preferred orientation. The film exhibited a maximum optical transmittance of > 70% and grain size value have been calculated and the maximum value is related to 400 °C temperature.
