In this paper, patients with vitiligo disease are investigated by using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. For studying of spectral behavior, 6 spectra from each person is given, 3 of them from diseases and other 3 spectra from safe region. By comparision of spectra, it is seen that some disease sections, absorb the light source a little due to destruction of melanin. This magnitude is calculated and reported for each of disease persons.
