Abstract-In this paper, we consider a system containing an optical cavity and a superconducting microwave cavity interacting via a nanomechanical resonator. Optical and microwave cavity modes are subsequently set at the blue-detuned and red-detuned regimes. We show the system exhibits an strong entanglement between optical and microwave modes in the bad cavity mode and rotating wave approximation.
