Study of Optical Spectrum of ZnO and ZnO:SnO2 in the Infrared, Visible and Ultraviolet Optical Ranges Using Ellipsometry and FTIR

In this paper, the optical properties of ZnO and ZnO:SnO2 have been studied using ellipsometry and FTIR in the infrared (IR), visible and ultraviolet optical ranges. For ellipsometry study, the thin layers of samples were made on glass substrates using sol-gel method. Transmission spectrum of the samples have been discussed in these optical ranges.
