We have the Cherenkov radiation when a particle moves with a velocity faster than the phase velocity in the medium which is appeared as a Cherenkov cone .In this work we consider the quantum Cherenkov radiation in a dissipative media and we will calculate the effect of lost and gain on Cherenkov radiation numerically .we will show that the lost decrees the Cherenkov radiation and also gain can inverse radiation.
