TEA CO2 Laser by An all-solid-state exciter

In this research paper will be introduced the practice of magnetic switches for a TEA Co2 Laser, by using of three stage magnetic pulse compressor, pulse transformer and thyristor switches and then was compared with thyratron modulator. It was concluded that using of semiconductor circuit will be possible instead of thyratron modulator.
