Design and fabrication of a stabilizing holographic fringe system by feedback control based on CCTV camera

In this paper, stabilizing holographic interference fringe in recording step is put forward. Kernel of this method is production of negative feedback based on CCTV camera which is used to compensate random displacement of fringe interference caused by external vibration in long recording time. The proportion-integral-derivative (PID) method is used to control piezoelectric mirror, compensate fringe displacement and freeze holographic interference fringe. Using this system cause displacement of interference fringe error become under λ/24 (at recording wavelength of 442nm) and the quality of the holographic grating can be greatly improved.
