Characterization of Graphene over the Quartz Substrate Using Terahertz Spectroscopy

In this paper the results of analysis of a graphene layer over the quartz substrate is investigated based on terahertz spectroscopy. The characteristic parameters are deduced by fitting the experimental data into the Drude model for graphene conductivity.
