Design and laboratory analysis of Off-Axis Fresnel zone plate

In this paper, by using the laws of Fresnel zones ,an off axis Fresnel zone plate was designed. Design and production of these samples was performed using coded in MATLAB. Numerical simulations showed that off-axial design parameters correctly displace location of focus spot. After the construction of the binary components using optical lithography, the samples were examined using appropriate optical setup. The experimental results agree well with the simulation results. Finally, the transverse intensity distribution of the focal plane graphs are investigated.
