Temperature effects on photovoltaic properties of hole- transport- free perovskite solar cells

In this research, two-step deposition technique was used to fabricate and modify perovskite solar cells. In first step, PbIsolution deposited on TiOnanostructure by spin coating method. Then the substrate dipped in Formamidine iodide solution at different temperatures to form HC(NH2)2PbIperovskite. The photovoltaic characterization of solar cell such as the power conversion efficiency (PCE), Fill Factor (FF), Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) and Short Circuit Current (Jsc) were analyzed to obtain the optimum dip-coating temperature.
