Mathematical Model of Photodynamic Therapy Method in celebral tumor with investigating oxygen consumption rate

Abstract- In this paper,the oxygen consumption rate in the cerebral tumor has been simulated with photodynamic therapy. The equations have been solved by utilizing the MATLAB program's code and via numerical method of Crank-Nicolson. One of the most important factors in tumor annihilation is the amount of available oxygen in tissue. After laser irradiation the oxygen will react with it in the specific process and produce a toxic matters that could result desolation of cancerous tumor.The results had shown that the concentration of oxygen is not the same all over of the cancerous tissue and in the period of treatment it will change too.
