This study aimed to simulate the effects of the Sio2 substrate thickness and type of texture between layers of a solar cell thin layer Inp-Au and gold nano layer. Maxwell's boundary equations were employed for the optical simulation. Due to the usage of the triangular texture and plasmonic properties the exposure light confined to the cell. The following procedure will be resulted in increasing of the efficiency of the cell. The optimum amount of triangular tissue angle between glass and indium phosphate glass at 40 degree and 130 nm glass thickness was obtained by calculations and taking into account of reflection and absorption diagrams. It is noteworthy that by implementation of the new design, an increment of 15% in open circuit current will be achieved.
