Study of materials in nanometer sizes is taken many attentions from different fields’ researchers. Therefore in this research, fabrication of graphene by electrochemical exfoliation method is reviewed. In this method, sulfate ammonium non organic salt is used for production of electrolyte. Also two electrodes from Pt and graphite are used. The important point of this of this research is drying process of suspension, which improves size of fabricated graphene. According to SEM images, size of graphene nanoflackes are obtained 70 μm which in considerable growth respect to published literature.
