Abstract: (3062 Views)
In this paper, Fourier transform spectroscopy method was reported via a Michelson interferometer with a 0.5nm spectral resolution-and the spectral range from 400-1100nm. Optical signals was detected by the photo diode and amplification in order104 times, and then it was sent via 14-bit analog to digital converter to computer. Then these data were analyzed in real time with Lab view Software and Signal spectral curve is plotted with taking fast Fourier transform of the received signal. System calibration is performed by a laser beam with a wavelength of 532 nm and 808 nm.
Keywords: Michelson interferometer, Spectrometer, Fourier transform spectroscopy, the visible-near-infrared region, High spectral resolution
