Abstract: (2802 Views)
Cu2Zn1-xCoxSnS4 (CZCTS) semiconducting magnetic flower-like particles with micrometer size and stannite structure were synthesized by facile and low cost solvothermal method. The optical band gap of CZCTS particles are observed to be tuned from ∼1.23 to 1.5eV with increasing Co content which was near the optimum value for photovoltaic solar conversion. The Raman spectrum revealed the main peak at 309 cm-1 and 334 cm-1 for tetragonal phase.
