By investigating the properties of a triple quantum dot molecule through tunneling considerations between excited states of two neighboring quantum dots and exhibiting the tunneling induced transparency, we have studied the steady state behavior of the system in a Frabry-Perot cavity. We particularly show that by adjusting the frequency detuning between two excited levels it is possible to achieve a multi-stability featuring a generic property for such a nonlinear media. Moreover, linear stability analysis is done to find the transverse instability domains for both upper branches of the multi-stability curve. We believe that the presence of bi-stable instability regions can lead to novel dynamical behaviors for the transverse structures of the sort not introduced so far.
