In this paper we measured nonlinear absorption and nonlinear refraction index of graphene using Z-scan method. The experiments have done by use of secend harmonic of continous Nd:YAG laser at the wavelength of 532 nm.The average value of nonlinear refraction index of graphene is 59.56x 10-7cm2/w and the average value of nonlinear absorption index of that is0.18cm/GW .In order to make graphene we use the Reduction graphene oxide method
