In this paper the propagation of surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) waves in a symmetric structure consisting of two monolayers of graphene that are separated by a thin dielectric layer, is investigated. Our calculation shows, by considering electron- phonon scattering as a function of the Fermi energy and temperature lead to decrease propagation length significantly. Also due to electron- optical phonon scattering, it is observed that in higher energy the propagation length of surface plasmon polaritons decreases extremely.
