Abstract: (4866 Views)
In this study, ordered nanoporous aluminum was fabricated by a two-step anodizing process by using hydrofluoric acid. For this purpose, combination of oxalic acid and hydrofluoric acid was used as an electrolyte. With different experiments and study which obtained from the scanning electron microscope (SEM), optimum time for fabrication of regular arrays of nanoholes in a sheet of aluminum was achieved successfully.
