Abstract: (5682 Views)
In this paper we describe our design and performance of a 5J TEA CO2 Laser with pin array preionization are described. It containing the active volume of the laser consist of two aluminum electrodes 40 cm length with Ernest' profile. The active discharge volume between the electrodes is approximately 0.38 liter (3×3.2×40 cm3) that has operated with up to 13.2 J/lit output density. The laser operates at variable pulse repetition frequencies up to 10 Hz. pulse voltage amplitude to laser head is 55 KV.
