In this work we create a grating beside the waveguide. Then we use moiré technique and image processing for precise metric determination of fiber and waveguide position. Results confirm that optical moiré method have high precision in Longitudinal and Transverse position measurement . while analysis of grating images yield well precision for angle measurements
