Abstract: (424 Views)
In this paper, a comparison is made between the carbon layer obtained from carbon paste containing polymer binder and that containing inorganic binder. Moreover, the effect of binder type on photovoltaic properties of perovskite solar cell was investigated. For this purpose, first the polymer and mineral carbon pastes were made. Then, carbon layers with different thicknesses were coated by doctor blade method. It was observed that electrical conductivity of carbon layer obtained from mineral carbon paste is higher than that obtained from polymer carbon paste. From I-V curve measurement, it was observed that solar cell with mineral carbon paste is more efficient than solar cells with polymer carbon paste, which was due to its high electrical conductivity.
