Abstract: (451 Views)
In this study, our goal was to identify the location of tumor cells in a healthy tissue, using simulation in COMSOL software. First, the geometry of our environment have been designed and the materials and their attributes have been determined, and mesh has been done then boundary conditions have been chosen. The Electric field norm(normE) on the cut line at 2 wavelengths for both the presence and absence of tumor cells and also its relationship with the optical properties of tumor cells have been shown. In the following, the effect of changes in the number of tumors at a specific location and wavelength on Electric field norm(normE) have been reported. The results of the simulation diagrams indicate that the presence of tumor cells among healthy cells can be detected.
