In recent years, experimental setups based on moiré deflectometry have been introduced to measure the atmospheric turbulence parameters. The advantages of this method are its simplicity and cheapness. In this paper, a device based on this method is introduced to measure the Fried parameter r0 and the refractive index structure constant,Cn2 . These parameters are a measure of the intensity of atmospheric turbulence. A program written in MATLAB software in the form of a GUI makes it easier for different people to work with it.
