The temperature variations of graphene oxide nanoparticles in an aqueous solution are investigated using 808 nm lasers operating in continuous and pulsed modes. To obtain the optimum temperature of cervical cancer cell death, different concentrations of graphene oxide in water solution were evaluated in irradiation. The results indicate that the temperature increase is proportional to the concentration of nanoparticles, irradiation time, and laser power.
