One of the main parts of perovskite solar cell is absorber layer which we used MAPbI3 in this research. In this study first the solar cell was designed using SCAPS-1D and the impact of absorber layer thickness and temperature is investigated. Under optimized condition, a conversion efficiency of 15.36% is obtained for the FTO/SnO2/CsPbI3/Cu2O/Au solar cell. Also, increasing the temperature reduced the efficiency of the solar cell.
