The beams with vortex wavefront carries orbital angular momentum. Many of application of vortices in the field of quantum cryptography, communications, astrophysics and Doppler shift depends on determining orbital angular momentum of these beams. In this paper, first Laguerre-Gaussian beams, as one of the most considering beams that carries orbital angular momentum, was generated. Then orbital angular momentum of Laguerre-Gaussian beams was measured by a spherical bi-convex tilted lens.
