In this paper, the simulation and optimization of high power Ho: YLF Laser pumped with Tm:fiber laser is presented. First, we calculate absorption efficiency for single and double pass end pumped structure by consideration the levels degeneracy. The simulation was done for Ho:YLF crystal of 0.5 at% Ho dopant concentration and the length of 30 mm. The efficiency of end-pumped regime 0.43 is obtained. By using of the LASCAD software, the design parameters of resonator such as; cavity length, radius curvature of mirrors and beam overlap efficiency were optimized. The output power of laser with Plano-Concave resonator 20.82 W is extracted. The optical to optical efficiency 34 % is obtained.
