Abstract: (5868 Views)
In this paper we put a suspended membrane inside a cavity, in such a way that this membrane play the role of a moveable mirror for each subcavity. We demonstrate that, the output modes of two subcavities are entangled and we analyze this entanglement by the steady-state covariance matrix of the system. We also study the effect of quality factor on this entanglement.
