In this paper the nonreciprocal surface states created at the interface between a semi-infinite one-dimensional magneto-optic photonic crystal and air in the presence of a monolayer graphene are investigated. The configuration under study is considered to be the Voigt configuration and the dispersion relation of surface states is derived from transfer matrix method. Surface states for different Fermi energies are studied and tunablity of those states are demonstrated by changing the Fermi energy.
