In this paper, a three-dimensional double-band absorbent structure is proposed. This structure consists of silicon/gold/silica, and graphene patterns in the form of crosses ovals on top of them. The results show that this structure absorbs over 99% of the incoming light at two wavelengths in the THz range. The absorption peaks and their wavelengths could be tuned by changing the geometrical parameters. This property could be used to fabricate optical detectors, chemical sensors and other optical devices.
