In this paper, we consider a two-level atom (qubit) inside a leaky cavity, which its transition frequency is sinusoidally modulated via an external applied field. The qubit interacts with the cavity vacuum modes. It is shown that the frequency modulation remarkably change non-classical feature of the system. So that, one can control the non-classical behavior of the qubit by adjusting modulation parameters.
