In this paper a Zeeman slower for slowing of atoms has been designed. Thermal atoms come from oven at 350-400 C ْ having a most probable velocity about 430 , enter the Zeeman slower and must been slowed down to about 50 . This slower has been designed by matlab software. Then simulation of the atomic Zeeman slowing dynamics were performed. The results of simulation showed that Zeeman slower is properly well designed and atoms with velocities up to 394 were slowed in this Zeeman slower.
