Abstract: (1614 Views)
In this article, by considering the Tavis-Cummings model Hamiltonian we study the entanglement dynamics between two identical two-level atoms interacting with the single-mode quantized radiation field. The main problem in quantum information processing (QIP) is decoherence that is a result of the coupling of the system to its surrounding environment such as noise, spontaneous decay of atom, and so on which can cause quantum entanglement destruction. Therefore, we will investigate the effects of spontaneous decay of the two-level atom on the dynamics of entanglement between the two atoms. The concurrence measure will be used to evaluate the degree of entanglement.
