Abstract: (1470 Views)
Charged Couples Devices (CCDs) are imaging sensors which are consisted from many pixels and because of this reason, they can work as a position sensitive detector. In this project, TCD1304AP has been installed and used to take 2D images. In this way, single-line images have been taken first in order to obtain image resolution and then by using an optical lifter for moving samples in vertical direction, multi-line images have been taken. At the end of this project, image improvement technics such as noise reduction on A/D converter, increasing of imaging numbers for each step and applying averaging filter on them have been implemented.
