In this paper, a 2-layer phantom with similar optical properties to the skin texture was developed to investigate the location information of skin lesions. Then the phantom homogeneity experiment was performed by measuring the diffuse reflectance light at different positions on the sample by an optical segment. In order to simulate the skin lesion, cylindrical phantoms at different heights were inserted into the phantom. Finally, diffuse reflectance light was obtained for different samples by optical segment. The results show behavioral differences between sorbents with different depths and this information is very useful for estimating spatial information of the lesion.
