Abstract: (5659 Views)
In this research we report design and fabrication of all dielectric thin film laser mirror at wavelengths 1064 and 532 nm for pulse lasers and for incident angle of 90 degree. This 30 layers mirror was deposited on BK7 substrate with base pressure in order 10-6 mbar by using Electron gun and crystal monitoring. This stack was designed to reduce electric field at first interface and therefore to increase laser induced damage threshold. By suitable refinement finally we found that transmission was reduced to less than %0.3 at wavelengths 1064 and 532 nm.
