Abstract: (2648 Views)
In this paper we study numerically With repeat method distribution modes and the bistable behavior of a nonlinear metal-dielectric-metal (MDM) plasmonic nanoresonator at telecom wavelength. In this system a MDM waveguide, vertically coupled to stub filled with highly nonlinear coefficient chalcogenide glasses to make a nonlinear plasmonic nanoresonator. The result of this research can be used for all optical switching and memory
