Growth and study of structural and optical properties of ZnO nano-plate by electrodeposition method

In this work ZnO nano-plate was synthesed on the indium-doped tin oxide (ITO) substrate by electrodeposition method. Prepare ZnO nano structure by electrodeposition method is a suitable method because it is simple , low cost and fast. The X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) , UV-VISIBLE were used to study the structure and optical properties of the samples. The result confirm formation of ZnO Nano-Plate with hexagonal structure and 3.43 (eV) band gap.
