Abstract: (2866 Views)
In this research, fluorescence spectrum of R6G and RB organic dyes in solvents such as methanol, ethanol, acetone and water, as well as their absorption and fluorescence spectra in the range of PH 2 to 7 was studied. The results showed that, with increasing polarity of the solvent the red shift of two dye fluorescence spectrum, in methanol, ethanol, acetone and water solvents increases, respectively. Also with reduces PH, because peritonization dyes, the intensity and red shift of absorption and fluorescence spectra of both samples was increased.
