In this study, integrated optical waveguides with channel width of 8 m are fabricated by Ti doping inside LiNbO3 at temperature of 1000C and influence of time duration of the doping process on the total efficiency (arising from coupling by fiber and propagation inside the waveguide) and intensity distribution of the propagation modes in the waveguides are studied for light wavelength of 650nm.
