Abstract: (2819 Views)
Nowadays the surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors are frequently used due to their high sensitivity to changes in refractive index. In this study the micro structured optical fiber based multichannel plasmoic sensor is used to detect a single analyst or two analytes simultaneously. Sensitivity of RIU for four analyte with different refractive index for this sensor is achieved. Furthermore, the optimum thickness of gold layer is studied and 30 nm is an optimum thickness for the sensor.
