Abstract: (2975 Views)
Barium titanate nanoparticles were synthesized by solid-state method and using thermal shock and then they were dispersed in multi-walled carbon nanotubes by ultrasonic waves. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) of the synthesized samples was performed to identify composition and vibrational modes. In order to determine the crystalline phase of nanoparticles and nanotubes and also for investigation of structure and microwave absorption by the compositions, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission scanning microscopy (FESM) and vector network analysis (VNA) were performed, respectively.
