Optical amplifier is one of important components in all-optical processing. In this paper, we used a saturable nonlinear Mach-Zehnder interferometer for simulation of optical amplification action. The simulation of light propagation has been carried out by using of Beam Propagation Method (BPM) and Mathlab Software. This structure can be considered as an all-optical switch, logic gate and amplifier by using of nonlinearity and interferometry effects in the nonlinear arm. In this paper, we import two input beam, one as control beam and the other one as input beam. We amplify the input beam by using of control beam.
